By accessing or using the Print Links website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our website or services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and anyone who accesses or uses our services.

2. Products and Services

Print Links provides custom-printed eco-friendly packaging products including, but not limited to, paper bags, kraft packaging, and other sustainable materials. All products are manufactured at our facility in Oshawa, Ontario, Canada. We strive to represent our products accurately on our website; however, slight variations in colour, texture, or dimensions may occur due to the nature of printing and natural materials.

We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or update any product or service at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order with Print Links, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these terms. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

• Prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to applicable taxes.
• Payment is required in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed upon for bulk or custom orders.
• We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed at checkout.
• Custom and personalised orders cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Print Links ships across Canada from our facility in Oshawa, ON. Standard turnaround time is 3–5 business days for production, with additional time required for shipping depending on your location.

• Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery due to incorrect addresses.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Print Links website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Print Links or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright and intellectual property laws.

When you submit artwork, logos, or designs for custom printing, you represent and warrant that you own the rights to that content or have obtained proper authorisation to use it. Print Links is not responsible for verifying ownership of customer-submitted designs and shall not be held liable for any intellectual property infringement arising from customer-provided materials.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Print Links, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of Print Links services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
